Anyone know of white hoods for DA STI brifters similar to these ones from SRAM?

Flash may I ask why you are the Flash? Do we share a common name as The Flash's alter ego, or are you actually the World's Fastest Human, with that really cool ring??

I am actually the world's fastest human over distances of 20 meters or less....;-)

Actually, he was my favorite super hero growing up....now at 36 years old, I still peruse the comic books from time to time.

The wattage in my signature is actual, though....by mid-season, it should be in the 2000's....

From what I've read on various boards, these were a promo thing SRAM did to draw a little more attention at cross races. If you have a great friend at an extremely well connected LBS, you might get lucky.

So Flash, how do you like the SRAM stuff, how's it compare to other groups you've used?

Overall, the Force group is great! The shifters are very Campy-like in terms of comfort, the only drawback is that the levers appear to be a bit shorter, but I need to measure them to be exact. I really like the hidden cables and the fit and feel is very nice. The angle on the front of the brake levers makes them to really easy to get my short hands on. The Double-Click is very intuitive and feels "right" after about 10 miles.

Derailleurs are top notch and shift very well. I would advise that you get the front derailleur as well as it is wider than a normal 10spd derailleur and will help shifting.

Cassette is the best thing I've found as it truly fits normal hubs. 10spd hubs have a deeper groove pattern, so 10spd hubs on a 9spd compatible hub is a bad idea. It works, but it will chew into the hub teeth on aluminum hubs.

I have the compact crank in a 50/34 170mm. Works fine and is an easy install. No shifting problems at all....

I will receive the brakes in a few days, but I'm sure they are good...

I've had both Campy Chorus 10 and Shimano Ultegra and Dura Ace grouppos and this one takes the best of both groups. The comfort of the Campy shifters, and precision shifting on par with the Ultegra 10 and almost as good as the Dura Ace. Overall, I saved over a pound of weight over my Ultegra group.

The only drawback, no trim in the big ring! Trim does exist for the little ring. However, with the wider front derailleur from Sram( tried to use the Ultegra) it does not rub at all.

I'd flat out recommend it to anyone!
