Wondering if anyone has experience with this Pit Stop product. I think Continental has a similar system. Just looking for an alternative to carrying a spare tub under my saddle. If there is another tub repair kit anyone could recommend, I'd appreciate it.

I recommend Stan's No Leak. Get it at many hardware stores for about 12 bucks a quart. I've used it on my Conti tubies for a few years now and it works. It stays active for about 3 months before needing more.

I perfer the vitoria pitstop for a road bike. It works well and as you only use it IF you have a flat you don't have any xtra rotating weight:thumbsup: I have use it three times so far to repair flats and each time it worked as advertised. FYI I ride tubulars

I just used the Vittoria Pit Stop on my front Vittoria Rally tubular.
I got a puncture while riding my vintage Gios Torino.
The thread is like new, so it would have been a goner
have I not used the Pit Stop. It took me about a minute
to use, and the residue "foam" from the valve stem
just "evaporated" afte I resumed my riding.
It is cost effective, you save a tubular with a price
range @ $15-25, and save yourself the burden of
using your spare. I appreciate that convenience!
I got X4 tubes from World Class Cycles @ $9.95 each.
Most merchants are charging $10.95 each.
