... after seeing the weather.com report for Jan 1 morning, I knew I wanted to take advantage of a rare (very rare) January ride. The roads are usually icy. Thanks to El Nino or Global warming the winter her in North Central Ohio has been warm. So, I was in bed by 10:30P on 12-31-06 and thought I would bring in the new year a little differently. I'm glad I took advantage of it. No traffic. No noise. 42 degrees but the wind was somewhat stiff. Anyway, a morning to remember. Finished the 25 mile ride off with eggs and toast.

The sun would peek out from the clouds and you just had to stop and enjoy it.
