I wouldn't. My Alex AT400's busted spokes routinely, and that was a 32 I had in the back!
In fairness to Alex, they evidently had a batch of bad spokes from a Korean supplier back in 05, some of which ended up in my wheels. The supposed advantage of low spoke count wheels I feel are way outweighed by their disadvantages. You want something strong that is still reasonably lightweight and aero, look at a set of Velocity Aeroheads. With your weight, I'd go 32, 3x in the back; you could probably go 28, 2x in the front. Those wheels will stay true, and if you do break a spoke, you can probably still ride it home, unlike low spoke count wheels.

The AT400 wheels and R400 rim are not the same thing. The R400 is a very nice rim that weighs about 410 grams and is very strong for it's weight. If I had the choice between the R400 and the Velocity aerohead I would pick the R400. The R400 has a very nice brake surface, is slightly lighter and has a nicer finish to it.

I don't think that the 24 spoke rear will be stiff enough unless you use heavy gauge spokes.
