When wanting to increase resistance by decreasing tire pressure, typically how much tire pressure do you guys run. Has anyone been bored enough to do power comparisons with various tire pressures?

That would vary widely depending on the tire size you're using, how hard you want to go, and the roller diameter you have. Set the pressure so you get enough resistance for the training you want to do with the tires you're using on your rollers. What others use may be interesting to you, but not very relevant.
