I'm looking for opinions on which bike to go for. i have an opportunity to pick up either a Cerevelo Soloist Carbon or Scott CR1 SL for roughly the same price. Both have 20sp DA and both are 58cm frames. I ride everything from hills to crits to road races and this will be my only bike (I have an Orbea Ordu TT for tris which is a fantastic piece of carbon). I'm 6'3 and weigh about 185lb (85kgs). So - which is the better bike and why????

The better bike is the one you like best. They're both so good that the choice really comes down to personal preference. I like Scott, but I wouldn't turn my nose up at Cerevelo. Ride 'em both, give 'em each a good workout, then decide.

Make sure the Scott will fit for alot of people have at trouble with the top tube being too short. The Cervelo though very nice and won alot of big races this year might have issues in the future.... ie it seems like Cervelo is warrantying alot of their previous creations lately. Maybe they went to production a little too soon?
