Any speculation on what they are unveiling?

Weights are definitely interesting:

Weight: Tubular Set. both Front and Rear = 880 grams
Weight: Clincher Set. both Front and Rear (rim tape not required) = 970 grams

At near $5000 a pair, something my age, fitness level and wallet cannot justify.

They are building up a lot of hype for a wheelset that 95% of the public can not afford or ride due to a weight limit.

95% of the public, maybe. But almost all dedicated riders who are the real end user of this product would have no problem with the weight limit.

Then it really comes down to price...$5,000....give me a break.
