I own a Felt S25 bike which has triathlon geometry. I will be racing in Hungary in May at the ITU Junior World's so I need a regular road bike. I don't really have the money to buy a new bike right now so do you think it would work if I added road bars to my tri bike? It's draft legal which is why i need road handlebars, not aerobars.

Yes, you can put normal bars on your Tri Bike. However you should be aware of the potential effects. Read the article here.

What size S25 do you have? The S25 doesn't have a super steep ST angle like more Tri/TT specific frames. For the 54-58 (usually the more popular sizes) the STA is 76 degrees. There probably won't be too much of a problem with putting a set of drop bars on that, but I'll let the more mathematically inclined speak first.
