I'll be on vacation in FL at this time and thought I'd do this ride.

Any experiences?

The web site says "hilly", how can this be in central FL? I'm assuming it's hilly for Florida, not hilly like KY, Southern Wisconsin, GA etc.

I've ridden the past two, and it is a fun ride. The hills are short and they can be steep, but there are no Brasstown Balds on this ride. The wind and temp. are the conditions that can be a factor. The first year I did it it was 75 degrees with calm winds. Last year it was 45 with a 20 mph northern wind. Support is average, but I would say do it.
