Can anyone out there tell me my options with this one? I paid for a set of Spinergy wheels from Bykr2007 (see the ad under wheelsets,page 3). Used the buy it now function, have not heard ANYTHING back from this guy. Paypal says he is a registered user with 28 feedbacks. I have left messages via hotmail, Roadbike forum, still no answers. Am I doing something wrong? WHat should I do now?: :mad2:

ruh roh.. doesn't sound good. Talk to paypal immediately...correct me if i'm wrong but i think they will get your money back for ya (if there is any to get back).

Thanks, I opened a paypal case against him, hopefully this will go well. I have used Ebay on a number of occasions and have always had good luck. In any case, the user is bykr2007, be aware!!

Hrm, 11 days is pushing it but not out of the realm of reason if he used a ground shipping.

Fedex ground can take a week plus, and there was a holiday this monday, and with something like wheels it is SOMETIMES a pain to get 'em to the store, I might have waited a few days more, but oh well.

The big bugbear is the no contact. How long between when you first asked him to contact you after paying, and now?

Just remember, there was a bank holiday this week...

Did you use your VISA to pay with PayPal? If so then no worries as your purchase is insured. Also if the seller has like a 99. something feedback you can get your money back through PayPal. I know what you are going through, been burnt a few times.

I hope you haven't jumped the gun on this given that calling someont a "bad trader" within the RBR community (assuming he's a regular seller) is a pretty serious accusation.

But I do understand your frustration about lack of communication.

Let's call him a bad communicator, until it gets figured out.

Last time that happened to me I found out that the dude killed himself and had about 25 outstanding ebay buyers all waiting on their junk... that was a mess. Glad you got it worked out.
