Does anyone think that Campy may release a carbon rimed version of the Euro or Zonda in the near future?

I feel that campg has two quality wheels in carbon + their offshoot fulcrum which makes another carbon wheel, this will lead o further developments into alum rims which some people prefer over carbon, better breaking etc. just my opinion.

No, previous Carbon Eurus had only carbon hub I think so probably not. They have Shamal Ultra with carbon hub so I don't think there is a point.

Doubt it. Want a low- or mid-profile carbon-rimmed Campag wheel, get a Hyperon or Fulcrum Racing Speed.

The thing is that Hyperon costs almost 3x of Eurus.:D

depends on what you mean by "seen". If you mean "seen" at an online store: Glory Cycles lists them for $1199, but they're backordered for 2-3 weeks. Reparto Corse lists them for $1284.95, and they don't seem to be backordered. Speedgoat wants $1350 (includes shipping, they will also price match) and claims that they're available, should ship in 1-2 days.

if you mean "seen" in real life, I'm in Michigan, I haven't even taken the nice bike out or been to a bike storey, so the only Shamals I've seen are the 2001 ones I have that I want to sell off.

Three guys that I know bought them. And this is one of the guys bike. The funny thing is that the two guys from the three have the exact same bike(size, components and etc.):out:

Thank you all! What feedback do you have from your friends? What do you think of the gold w/ a silver (Ti) bike?

I really think this is what I want because I have liked my Protons so much, but I can get a team deal on a set of Ksyriums, so I'm torn. My husband is going to make fun of me if I spend twice as much on the Shamals....
