Hi Guys!

A few months ago, a friend of mine talked about touring Germany as a probable vacation option. It does sound really facinating and inviting. The next thing I know there was a Surly Long-Haul Trucker in order, wheels, etc.. etc...

Needless to say, he's in the process of completing a full touring bike (with racks and all that good stuff). We finished the build last night. They still don't have the fenders, racks, bags and the leather bar covers to be sewn in.... now that's PIMP.

Specs:
Surly Long Haul Trucker F/F
Classic bend Handlebars
Dia-Comp aero brake levers
Ritchey Comp stem
Cane Creek Tank headset
Scelof Team Seatpost
Brooks Saddle
Shimano 105 10spd F/D
Shimano 105 10spd triple Crankset and BB
Shimano LX Wheelset
Shimano LX V-brakes
MKS pedals/cages
Shimano XT rear R/D
Schwable Tires
Wipperman 9spd chain
DA 9spd DT Shifter
Lizard Skin chainstay protector.

Enjoy....

Joe

Sweet. I like it. I kinda like it without the bar tape.

Nice build! The brakes seem to have enough power with the v-brakes and Dia-compe levers?
