I could get a new 2006 Campagnolo Record 32 holes hubset for $250 CDN (about $220 US) from a LBS. Is this a good deal? Any major differences between 06 and 07 hubsets? By the way, I'm 220#. Would it be strong enough for me?

Wheels built with Campagnolo rear hubs have a lot of dish, making them relatively weaker than wheels built around Shimano hubs. One way to mitigate this is to use a rim with offset spoke holes, like the Velocity Aerohead OC.
