View Full Version : Ergomo / Cycling Peaks help - Cannot clear memory

Hi,

I'm having some difficulty with my ErgoTrainer software (cycling peaks). I can download my workouts just fine, but I cannot clear the memory from the head unit. When I try to clear the memory from the ErgoTrainer interface, I get an error message indicating that the system cannot find a device at COM1. This despite not having a problem finding the device upon download of the workouts. Yes, the unit it pugged in and turned on. This is a problem as the device's memory is full and can no longer accmodate any more ride data.

Any advice much appreciated.

but you have to make sure the device is on before you open the program and also before you click on the "clear device" button in the software.

If you're doing thsi and it is still not working, a good place to post this question is on the Wattage forum at Goggle groups
