I bought this light fixture at Ikea last Summer for my kitchen. Today one of the bulbs (Chandelier type) has burned out. I will be damned if I can figure out how to get the cover off! It looks like the bolts on the edge should just screw off, but doesn't seem to work. Of course, I checked the website & that was no help. I suppose I could hoof it back to the store to find out but it's quite a trip for me. FYI - It's a Marin brand ceiling light.

Feel free to insert any jokes about CHANGING A LIGHT BULB, but if anyone can offer any assistance you would surely brighten my day (as well as my kitchen)

My best theory would be to attempt to either try unscrewing the whole light fixture or just inside of the faux bolts (the raised area where the glass is). Or just use a flashlight.

Thanks, but I finally figured it out. Falls in the category of "Don't over-think it". The whole thing basically just pulls off. The screws are strictly decorative (and deceptive). So... I CAN SEE!
