Has anyone used a K-Wing bar with Nokon cables? I'm wondering if the internal routing will give me grief, especially removing them.

The problem I and others have experienced is noise (The metal housing bangs against the bars). I ran standard housing inside the bars and then immediately transitioned to the NOKON housing. Good luck!
