im flying American to ft lauderdale for business tomorrow and cant find any info on carrying-on my gramin forerunner. i dont wanna use it in flight, just at my destination. i also dont wanna check it.

anyone know if american allows me to carry it on? there website and the faa makes no mention of GPS receivers, and American has no phone number to call in regards to my question.

I carried and used my Garmin when flying out to Montana from NC. It was way neat knowing altitude and speed but the best was seeing the cities and places we were flying over.
Word of advice, when they say put all electronics away, heed them.
