I realize that Fierte's are the "stock" Serotta frames. The idea that they are a bit taller in the headtube and available in a lot of sizes is appealing. Are they generally ready to ship out whenever they are ordered or is there a wait for them as well?

'Generally' speaking, if the dealer doesn't have your size in stock, it ships almost immediately from Serotta. There may be a very slight delay if Serotta is out of stock, but the orders are filled quickly.
