I just finished building this bike. I bought the bike in 92 and i haven't been riding it for the last few years. The gear is 39x18.

I do some fixed gear and lots of SS. I find that I will up my gear inches a good bit on a SS vs a fixed.

Have you spent much time on those bars? I have a pair but have not used them for more than a few miles.

IMO, there is nothing better than taking out your old bike and putting new life in it. Enjoy many more mile with her!

wow. those look like some long crankarms.
and that's the "mustache" handlebars, right? I never see the point of it...

but its sweet.
