Hi, just noticed this when removing bottom bracket from my 2001 R600 (caad4):

BB shell _seems_ to be more on the right and left crank is closer to chainstay. Is it misaligned or should it be this way?

I'll try to visit my LBS tomorrow to see if they have similar models for comparison but I'd really like to have some comments from other CAAD4 frame owners.
(Photo is bit fuzzy but I blame the camera...)

BB spindle may be centered, and the lockring flange on one side makes it appear off-center.
