Hi,
Have any of you tried this product:
"The FIRST inflate and repair cartridge IDEAL for both TUBULARS and TYRES!"
http://www.vittoria.com/image/jpg/acc_pitstopcorsa.jpg
http://www.vittoria.com/index3.asp?lingua=en
On this web page go to "PRODUCT" - "ACCESSORIES" and there you find more info about the product.
And one more thing, if you have used it, is it possible to inflate a tubular with an valve extender on???
(I use a pair of ZIPP 404 with a valve extender on the valve)
//P
I haven't used it yet, but I can tell you not to leave it in a hot car... I came back to my car after it sat in the sun all day to find the can had exploded.

I'm looking for something like this, either to carry in a saddle pack or pocket. What other comparable products are out there, and who likes what?

I use Stan's NoTubes liquid latex in mine. Also Schwalbe has Dic Blue which is very similar.
I used a pit stop the other day on latex tubes on my clinchers. It worked fine!
Just beware that the first generation cans had major issues. Vittoira USA replaced them for me after I blew though 2 cans!

Yup. No problems, although the mess factor is ever so slightly greate with the tube type extenders as opposed to the extenders which move the valve core to the end of the extender.

Thx Forrest,
Then I'm all set to start using the "magic can".
Take care,
//P
Should start looking for a extender with a valve core at the top then...but what about the "original" core top that is fitted on to the tubular, should I just remove it with pair of pliers ?

Ditto, works fine with tubies and extenders. I used Zefal and Decathlon as well while I was in France.

Depends on what extenders you get. I buy the Vittoria extenders. They don't actually come with the valve core, so you have to pull the one out of the tubie. 's no biggie. The Vittoria extenders actually come with a little plastic gizmo that unscrews the valve core.

Thanx for the info,
I'm almost looking forward to a flat so I can test this. *smile*
I will start looking into the valve extender options....I currently use the extenders that comes with my wheels.
They are simple plastic extenders that I screw onto the valve, barabing, that's it.
Have a great weekend
