I've got a brand new pair of zipp track wheels. i like using the tufo extreme glue tape, but haven't ever used it on a brand new set of rims before. What kind of rim/tire prep should I do? I was thinking of do the traditional coat of glue a few days before, then using the glue tape. Does that sound right?

Make sure you clean the rim with acetone. You must get any oils off the rim for any glue to work. Some use a layer of glue first, but I've noticed that the Extreme tape does hold onto Zipp rims real well.
