I've used Microsoft Streets & Trips for mapping out cycling routes for several years. It's very cycling friendly in terms of allowing multiple-waypoint routes, overnight stays, use of intersections, landmarks, GPS compatibility, etc.

Are there any sites that allow people to post and share their Streets & Trips ".est" route maps online?

Too bad this forum only allows uploading of common file types (GIF, JPG, etc).
