Of course everyone new about Mr.60%. But the fact that he openly admitted it and is willing to surrender the Yellow Jersey does tell you something about the man. Somewhat surprising, even though he was cornered. Like Lance he never tested postive. Well, Lance did test postive that one time for cortisone.
