Well I ran a 47:40 which is about what I was shooting for. The race itself was fairly uneventful. I was probably about 7:20 mpm on the down hill miles and 7:50 or so on the uphill miles. I went for a somewhat hard one hour bike ride at 5:30 pm the night before the race, so perhaps I could have done a few seconds faster had I rested.

My wife walked the course carrying our 19 month old daughter.

Running hurts. I steer clear of the BB as much as possible...whatta zoo. I did get in 40 miles that morning cycling though. :D

I ran it. Had a blast. Time=42
