Is it possible to access a history of the contents of my clipboard, or may I only view the most recently copied item?
I'm running Windows XP home, btw, if that helps.

I've never done more than a few cause I never needed it. When finished with whatever I was doing, I just cleared it! But it doesn't work unless you pay Bill for the programs... i.e. other software. Bill wants his cut... Asshat MS! Go to you help in and MS Office program and search for "clipboard history"... it will give you a how too! Hope this helps... EDB paint 06-04-2007, 05:06 PM Yeah but I wasn't using the clipboard in MS programs - I was using it in Firefox when I inadvertently closed my browser and lost a rather lengthy reply to an important issue that I had written when considerably more sober than my current state. I was hoping not to have to rewrite it. GirchyGirchy 06-04-2007, 05:07 PM ...Asshat MS! No, you can only do that with MS Asshat 2007 or 2003 Mg. paint 06-04-2007, 05:08 PM No, you can only do that with MS Asshat 2007 or 2003 Mg. That's dumb! Anyway, I wrote a lengthy post t-day to a Parkie site that was important. I started it, went off and did something else, came back to finished... sent it and it didn't make it! Hum... Why? Nothing out of the ordinary seemed to happen. Then, thinking about your post I thought outside the box... okay, no cut and paste memory so I went into the "history" menu in FF... not the little clock deal but the drop down menu at the top... I never used anything other than the sidebar clockie deal and I had no idea what was there... Next to the bottom of the menu I saw "recently closed tabs"... Hum? In the list was the tab where I made the post... opened it and guess what I found? My post! Still intact! Maybe late info but FYI... Cheers...
