This is frustrating, I called them on their 800# and gave them that same #, I rec'd it today on a postcard, and they gave me my 10% off but wouldn't do the .25 shipping. First they said I had to wait until tomorrow and I talked with a supervisor and he said they wouldn't honor both the 10% off and the .25 shipping.
