Sugoi has a quality range similar to Pearl Izumi. Sizing is about the same, too. Most of this stuff is half price or cheaper. They have lots of sizes and colors for most items.

Thanks for the lead on that. I just got 4 more pair of RS Flex bib shorts. Those prices are the best I've ever seen them for (and I live in western Canada where they're made!)

At 6' 0'' I find Pearl Izumi sizing charts to be a little off. I tried on the ultrasensor large and think an XL will probably give the best fit for my height. How tall yall? I think I'll try the XL Sugoi. Thanks!

Davis69 I am also 6'0" with a 32" waist and I comfortably wear the Sugoi RS Flex in a size Medium. I don't own any PI shorts so I can't compare the fit. They are snug but not uncomfortable, just how I like them. Hope this helps.

I'm 5'10", 162 lbs, 32" waist, 32" inseam, and I fit a med RS Flex bib perfectly.

Note also that I think the majjority of the Sugoi stuff being shipped is from the '06 line, and not '07. The RS Flex bibs I recieved were certainly '06 (I also own some '07 pairs here too). But don't let that stop you from ordring. The stuff barely changed from last year.

I do know what you mean about PI fitting tight though. I have one LG PI jersey from 8 or 9 years ago, and it fits about the same (now probably even tighter; I haven't worn it in years and I've gotten heavier since then) as my med Sugoi jersyes.

07 Rs Flex Bibs are advertised, and I was assured today by Campmor that I would receive the 07's with the media pocket and Formula Flex chamois, not the 06's without the pocket and the Ricaro II chamois. I hope they were right or I'll be sending my order back for a refund.

Tell us what you get. I got 4 pair with no back media pocket and last year's chamois.

I have a pair of last years, I paid $116.99 plus tax from my LBS, so if I could get another pair for $79.99 it would be a good deal. They are nice bibs but I would really like a pair of this years. I will post a reply as soon as I receive my order. As I said, if they are last years I will be returning them.

I bought a pair and they have seams in the chamois (not on the edge of the chamois but in the middle). I believe the chamois is 3 pieces. They chafe like crazy on me at these seams. I am going to stick to one piece chamois bibs. Hopefully no one here has the same experience.

Yep, you were right, the sent me lasts years with no back media pocket and last years formula flex chamois. I already have a pair of these, they are great bibs for shorter rides, but after 70-80 miles they begin to hurt.
I called Campmor customer service and explained to them that what they sent me was not what they advertised, they apologized and asked me to return them for a full refund, so far I have been impressed with Campmor customer service, we will see how long it takes to get my refund…
