Let's see. Tinkov hired Hamilton AFTER Hamilton had been convicted of doping, but would not come clean. AFTER the OP revelation of faxes between Fuentes and Haven about doping and payments. And now he's shocked! Shocked! To learn that maybe Hamilton did dope.

I think that is a misread of the situation because Tinkov has made statements previously that indicated he thought, or even knew Hamilton had doped. I think it is more a change of heart (and perhaps some disgust with Hamilton's continued denials?) given the black eye doping scandals continue to give the sport.

plus Tyler never looked like he was going to regain his previous form. If he was ripping it up the story might be different. Valverde certainly has been getting a pass based on his wining potential.

I'm not so sure. He included Jaksche in his bashing and he has been riding well, including winning a race (I'm pretty sure).
