Oil for Drugs case opens

Di Luca was recorded in several phone conversations with Mazzoleni in which he allegedly talked about doping products, the investigation led to Di Luca's non-participation in the 2004 Tour de France.

From what I'm reading it's apparently much, much worst than that. Video of injections, talk with the good doc (Santuccione) about avoiding controls and how to "prepare" for certain races, includes another indication that the "surprise" OOC tests weren't really unknown. Let's see that's Belgium, Netherlands, Spain & Italy and I think I've read about Germany too where the doping labs were apparently corrupted by the athletes.
