Has anyone else noticed this type of pricing?

About a month ago I bought some shoes from Nashbar, cost $129.99. I returned them becuse they didn't fit me too well. A week or 10 days later I think I want them anyway (slave to fashion) They are now $109.00. I decide fashion isn't worth it so I do not buy them. A few days later I see a post here about a coupon for Nashbar so I go back and look and the shoes, they are now $114.00 ?. I look today and they are back to $109.00. I guess I'm saying just because there is a sale doesn't mean you can't get it later for the same or better price.

P.S. At any of those prices the shoes are worth it because I can't find them for less than $189.00 anywhere.

I placed a small order with Nashbar on Sunday, and received the email on Monday that they were offering 15% everything with a new coupon code. I went back and noticed the prices of all three of the items I bought rose slightly.

Generally speaking, Nashbar and Performance put items on sale so often and rotate them so frequently, it's unwise to buy anything from them that isn't showing a decent sized discount.

I find that if you watch for the coupon sales, its best to order that first morning of the promotion. They usually end up raising the prices by 10:00AM.

Man, if you can document that, the more items the better, that'd be great. What they are doing is dirty pool if they are indeed raising prices to erase the percent off sale. I'm a SuPerformaNashbarGo hater.
