I have used Mavic Open Pros for years. I love them, a good solid wheel that you can bang around on all day with no worries. Easy to true.

    Where are this listed at?

The Open Sport replaced the MA-3. I might be mistaken but I think it's a little wider than the Open Pro. For the price, it's probably a great rim

beware of the "tick, tick, tick"

I have open pros and they are very good for the price-light and bullet proof. But some OP rims(not all) develop the "tick". Read the review section for comments. Unfortunately my rear rim ticks like the crock after Captin Hook. It seems if I lube where the nipple goes into the rim about once every 4+months the tick goes away. I don't know if the Open Sports have the same issue.

I have been subjecting my Open Sport/105 rear wheel to punishment all spring & summer long. So far, all is good. It's a pretty tough wheel given all the potholes, construction torn streets, & trails I ride. I have yet need to true it.

open sport is MA3, so it must be fine. cxp too. I dont understand why open sport is $60, when other mavics cost less (maybe slightly lighter)
