Cool Carrera Estremo Light being built!

Working on getting this set up soon, but many parts are still incoming.

Frame is a Carrera Estremo Light. Came in right at 1200 grams, with headset, in size XL. Not super-light, but apparently ride-quality is awesome.

Plan is to build it with Lightweights, Dura Ace 7900, Pro bar, stem and post, and a Fizik saddle.

Feel free to make comments or suggestions!

    Here she is:

Out of the box (with dog)...

    Front end (Mizuno fork)...

    Back end (nicely shaped seat-stays)...

    With Boras...

    And as she now sits...

Only question is, am I crazy for going with Japanese on an Italian frame?
I say its been done before by pro teams, so why not

I wish I could afford such sacrilege though.

Beautiful bike I am totally jealous.

You have a lot of weird stuff in your house, baseball bat chair, broken vacuum attachment, boxes of empty beer bottles, 20hp electric motors.

And you have too many nice wheels laying around, you should spread the wealth. I will happily take the boras or eastons.

Thanks guys! I know, the apartment contents are pretty sketchy ;)
Lots of crap is my landlord's, though.

As for the wheels, I do need to sell some! Send me a PM and we can talk.

Finally, "Suck it Trebek" is the best Avitar ever!!!!!!!!!
