    Thumbs down

Mr Colombo and Mr Pesenti aren't trying very hard. They've been talking about this for a long time and should have done better.

Bad exit for the rear derailleur cable, that's going to snag on the rear quick release. Trek, BMC, Scott all do it better.
Box section rims on an aero-style bike, WTF? Who built that thing anyway?
Battery placement fail, they are in the seatpost or frame on lots of other bikes. Check Cav's Dogma. This is supposed to be a showbike!
They could make carbon in any shape but instead, they copied the steel design to a "T". Fail.
Crap Vai seatpost that goes for 50-75 bucks on EBay on your Halo Bike?

Their redesigned "Best Of" is pretty nice, so I know they can do better. This looks like some open mold frame sprayed Laser blue and thrown together in an hour. I'm disappointed.

Yeah, it's very unimpressive to me as well. The Laser track frame's angles combined with the clean setup is what made it cool in the first place. Seeing it in road geometry is so...plain imo.
