how to sell custom rock lobster bike

I bought a custom built (for someone else) rock lobster lugged steel frame/fork about a year ago. The frame is perfect but just doesn't fit me perfectly. I want to sell it but i don't know if its better to sell it as a complete bike or as just a frame/fork.

    What do you guys think?

The components are of tiagra and sora quality, so nothing special. Do you think someone would want a complete bike with lower level components or just a sweet frame?

    Your thoughts are appreciated

Most people looking for a Rock Lobster are probably just interested in frame/fork.
I saw a werewolf drinking a piña colada at Trader Vic's, his hair was perfect. (Warren Zevon)

Frame, fork, and headset together, then sell the other parts separately.
