    Integrated Headset Problems

Hey guys, I bought this Pinarello frame off of eBay and I was going to install the headset which is specified as an integrated drop in headset. Problem is that the headset bearings do no sit flush inside of the head tube. I am wondering if the bearings are too big, or if it needs a little press. I attached photos referring to my problem.

You either have the wrong bearings or the frame isn't authentic. Since you haven't included pics of the bearings or said exactly what they there is no way this forum can help you. Do you know that there are tons of different 'integrated' headsets?

What cxwrench said. Yep, there are lots of counterfeit Pinarellos out there. They even have a name for those - Chinarellos.

The fact that the letting on that bottom ring thing in the first picture is what I'd call up-side-down might be a clue. Maybe that's the way the print it, or it's a legit factory error, but it's weird they'd put that letting on that way.
