hey, I'm new in this forum and I would like one suggestion about this two frames.
I'm ridding one alloy trek and like the most part of the cyclists the carbon world fascinate me.

I have a 2007 585 Ultra. It is quick handling, stiff, yet comfortable. It's a great frame. I recommend it.

The Scott is quick, stiff and comfortable. Ride both.

I'm one climber that splint too,
    I have two questions:
1- If the look 585 ultra frame is stiff for the climb and if it's durable?
    2- One veredict. 585 or cr1?

    thanks :]

do a search on Look 585 on this forum and you'll find that on this forum, its practically a legendary frame that has more positive feedback and rave reviews than just about any frame available. Theres a guy from look that frequents this forum and has been abundantly helpful as well.

Both are top end race frames. Hard to go wrong with either.

I have two LOOK bikes. No issues, only superlatives. I have a 481SL which is the forerunner to the vastly superior 585, and a 361 that I'll be on at Sebring next month. Scott is top drawer too, but I'd give the 585 an edge for all day comfort based on the RBR reviews which earned the 585 a special citation for receiving 25 five star reviews. Hi Chas.

I have a Look 585 that Chas helped me out with several years ago. Great customer service.

Beforre buying I rode and compared many high end frames. By far the Look 585 is the most versatile of the bunch - climbs well, sprints well, lightweight and compfortable all day.

Can't go wrong with this choice
