What do you mean by Performance Hybrid?

Something you can fit with larger tires to go dirt roads?

Anyway, for $2,300 for a Helsinki, I would check Lysnkey Silver Series.

sorry for the lack of information

I know I will do roughly 70% paved road and 30% unpaved road ( Urban bike path )
the few bike I was looking at have slim tire not like road bike but much more slim then conventional hybrid .

so I guess having slimmer tire will be better for me

Road bike tires (700c) are from 19 mm to 47 mm. I don't know who rides 47 mm tires and for what application. Anyway If you just want to ride both paved and dirt roads, a 28 or 30 mm with groove tread will be just fine.

The Devince Helsinki has Kenda Kwest 700X28C which have grooves like a car tire.

I suggested the Lynskey Silver Series because for same price as the Helsinki, the frame is made of USA Titanium with a decent Shimano 105 components and can accommodate up to 30 mm tires.

Disclaimer: I don't have any relationship with Lynskey and will not gain anything in whatever manner, shape or form except that I have a Lynskey bike and I can vouch for their workmanship and durability.
