misaligned frame to fork
The fork for my front tire on my Scott Speedster is no aligned correctly with my handle bars. What's the best way to fix this? The handle bars are correctly aligned with the rest of the bike but the front wheel aims to the right instead of straight ahead.

Loosen the topcap, loosen the stem, align, tighten topcap, tighten stem.
BUT, if you don't have any idea what I'm talking about, take it to the LBS and ask if you can watch.

I tried that procedure but that section is aligned and I can't seem to align the wheel and fork from the top.

What do you mean that section is aligned? The steerer for the fork is what you are tightening in relation to the stem/bars. You make the wheel/fork straight then you line up the stem/handlebars and done! Look up some youtube vids if you are still having trouble.
