"V" handle bars: Has anyone seen one?

I had a custom built bike with 'V' handle bars that was stolen. Now I'm trying to rebuild what I lost but I can't find the handlebars. Are they rare? Has anyone seen one? Do they have a name? I found them in a 2nd-hand bike shop. The dealer said they came off a kids bike. I've been looking and looking and so far no luck. The trouble is, dealers don't save handlebars from old kids bikes.

I guy that races against me at track league has a set of "v" handle bars. Although I think they're custom. He has a naked track bike and his bars have an identical paint scheme. I Hope this kind of helps.
