For years I've been told by my friends to find my "escape chute". I'm someone they call, "walking stress". Its just that when I'm on to something, I don't take times off. I see to it that all that needs to be done is taken care of properly and at the best possible way. This was shown exaggeratedly during my dissertation writing. I was totally a wreck. It took me months to realize that I've been taking my body for granted and I badly need to do something to take me out of stress. Eventually I got introduced to cycling by my cousin. At first it was just fun rides around parks but when had the chance to go to the mountains, it became something that I loved.  |
