T shirt & shorts day in TO
    There's sometimes a buggy.
How many drivers does a buggy have?

    One.

So let's just say I'm drivin' this buggy...
and if you fix your attitude you can ride along with me.

Glorious indeed. I went up to Port Credit yesterday with my girlfriend and saw a ton of roadies out riding. I didn't bring my bike but I sure wish I had.

Yup, pretty sweet. Finally got off the trainer and did 52km. Smiling and waiving all the way.

I'm hoping to do the same - off of the trainer, and finally back on the road tomorrow!

Out on the west coast, all I can say is BITE ME! Below seasonal temps have been the norm almost all of 2012 so far and it does not look much better in the long range. La Nina sucks.

Should be a great day in southern ontario tomorrow! was windy as heck on my ride tonight, still beats the pants off the trainer.

so hard to sit inside at work all day staring out the window. They really need to make a laptop screen like a kindle so I can work outside!

    Forecast is 26C for tomorrow...WTF!!!

Temperature records usually get broken by a degree or a fraction of a degree. But we've had records broken by five degrees or more! This is incredible.

+20 on Friday and yesterday, should be +24 today with forecasted +26 for Monday. This is extremely unseasonal here and beating the records by 15 degrees or so. Not complaining yet...

    how about that weather today

Today's high of 4C should bring a few people back to reality.

I got out for an hour and half last night, the temps were ok although felt way colder since it had warmed up and my body was use to the 25C temps...but wow the winds. 40km/h with whatever gusts sucked!

We've had unseasonably warm temps here in NL for April, very welcomed due our short riding season!

Not over yet! Tomorrow is going to be pretty bad too. Just after I put the new wheels on no less.
Had a nice, albeit cold, ride toward Oakville on Saturday. And not to be picky, but I sure do prefer temps over 10 for longer rides.

It's been raining and cold here in NL since my last post, no time on the bike at all on account of the weather!

I guess I spoke to soon......

First +20 of the year on Monday...white rain this morning. Gotta love spring in Alberta ;) I was just about ready to put the slicks on the Cx bike for commuting and for rollers on exceptionally bad weather days...now I'm keeping the Cx tires on for a while longer.
So 5 times wasn't enough and I'm going back again:my participant page for the 2014 Alberta Ride to Conquer Cancer.

Got in a short ride yesterday evening with my daughter, finally warm enough after the cold spell we had for the past 2 weeks. Had snow in May here in NL....yuck. Hopefully can get out more in the coming months!
