    Gunnar Street Dog Fork Replacement

I recently bent the dropout on my Gunnar Street Dog fork, and was hoping someone would have a suggestion for a replacement. I think the particulars are:

    1" steerer tube
    45-55mm reach for brakes
    eyelets for fender attachments
    43-45mm rake (approximately)

    Any ideas?

A good mechanic should be able to bend the dropout back in shape and realign the fork, if it's steel.

I like the first two options above, but here is a distant third. Soma steel fork

Just buy another one from Gunnar if yours can't be straightened. You know it will fit and all your stuff will swap over including the headset fork race.

If you send the old one back, they will either repair it, or replace it. Either way, they'll probably match the paint for you.

IME, they've been super responsive, courteous and quick.
Good ideas by chance, not design.
