    He's Back !

It always fun introducing a fellow fifty plus person to the fun world of bike riding. I had called Ed out 3 weeks ago and he answered the call out pretty quick, and said he had fun. Then on Wednesday I get a call seeing if I was riding out on the trails Friday. Hey I'll never refuse a riding partner be it road or woods so I told him to come over. We went out for 2 1/2 hours and I can already see he improved from his first ride. We already have another ride planned and he wants to visit the bike shop with me to start looking for his own machine.

Yes it's always fun sharing this great sport with others. The woods are an easier way to get them to try the sport. The road can be a little intimidating for first timer's. I won't take them on the hard single track stuff. I give them a mix of terrain and try to challenge them enough to make it a fun time.
