    Millenium Park Bike Station

Any Chicago area folks utilizing this for a Loop commute? I'm heading down to Blues Fest this weekend and I aim to check it out.

    I'll report back.

    Great Place

I use it everyday as I commute from Lincoln Park to the Loop. You can park (lock up) your bike for free downstairs (ask the girl at the desk). They have lockers if you want to store your sweaty clothes (bring a $1 in change). Don't think you can use the showers if you're not a member ($15/month gets you a locker, towel and use of the showers). Kudos to Ritchey Daley. Highly recommended.

I had read an article about the bike station somewhere (maybe someone posted a link here?). In any event, I was in Chicago on a business trip a few months ago and made it a point to walk over and inspect the bike station. I was very impressed. It has everything one could ask for -- a safe place to lock up the bike, lockers and showers. There also was a small repair shop on the premises. It's definitely worth checking out.
I try to be perfectly civil, until someone really pisses me off.
