Question Salsa Casseroll single vs Specialized tricross single

Both of these bikes are available at around the same price( the salsa is $60 more). I like the ride of both bikes in different ways, the specialized feels so nimble and the salsa feels like you could just ride it all day. I feel like its a toss up between classic and sporty.

I have no experience with the Specialized bike. But I bought a Casseroll for my wife just a few weeks ago. We put a Spec female saddle, white tape, and a 39T chainring on it.

She really likes it and I get my Monocog 29er back! So don't get the impression that the Casseroll is a girlie bike at all.

Tough choice. I have to admit I have a crush on both bikes, BUT I'd be more likely to give the nod to the Salsa. I also like the color matched chainguard. It's classic AND sporty. Nothing wrong with the tricross though.
