2-Bolt System on Easton EC90 Equipe Composite Road Bar

I recently purchased a Easton EC90 Equipe Composite Road Bar.
Later I read that this bar requires a 2-bolt system. Unfortunately I
have a 4-bolt Ritchey WCS stem. Will this work? Will the bars be
dangerous with this type of stem? I prefer not to purchase another stem.

I've been using this setup for a couple of years and it works fine. I'm a heavier rider (~180lbs) and have had no problems. That said, be careful about torquing the bolts on the stem-face, don't over tighten them.
