    3T ARX bolt replacement

I am in nedd of one 3T ARX stainless steel stem bolt.

All I have found so far is the titanium version which I don't need or want to pay $20 + dollars for.

Anyone know where I can find some?

    Thanks in advance!

oddly enough it’s a special bolt – the LBS broke it and put on a replacement that looks like…..

Hmm, semi-proprietary fasteners can be tough, because components typically come with Just Enough And No Extras. Two suggestions:

    1. Try the special fasteners cabinets in the hardware aisle at Lowe's or Home Depot. A long shot, but you might get lucky and the price will be reasonable.

    2. Replace both (stem clamp) or all four (face plate) with bolts that match each other.

The bike shop should have at least replaced all four with a matching set scavenged from an old/cheap stem they have lying around or off a used bike.

It's an M5 x 15 tapered socket head cap screw. Commonly available, sometimes used as bottle cage bolts.

The ones on my ARX stem are chrome plated steel.
