Cable stop on carbon frame coming loose

I have a '08 Bianchi 928SL. On the downtube there are small metal plates to which the cable stops are riveted. A rivet on one of the cable stops is coming loose. Does anyone know how to repair? If I knew the rivet size I could probably find a replacement and have it drilled and replaced. Or is there some type of epoxy for the metal-to-metal interface?
    Thougts/advice would be appreciated.

Drill rivet, replace rivet. Epoxy or JBWeld in addition will help.

Thanks. Do you know if this is some standard size rivet? Or how I can find the size I would need?

If you drill it you'll end up removing the part that falls into the frame, you can use that to find the size. I'm not sure exactly what size your frame has, but that should give you the info you need. Or measure the hole in the housing stop.
