Campy Record 10/Super Record 11 crank interchangeable?

Are the Record 10 and SR 11 cranks interchangeable?

I currently have a set of SR11 cranks mounted; I'm using the SR bb cups. I've been looking for some compact cranks, and found a set of used Record 10 compact cranks. I'm pretty sure I'll need to switch the bb cups, as I think the SR ones are specific and have a different seal. What I'm not sure of is if the chainrings are compatible; maybe the teeth are different width or something. I'd appreciate it if you let me know.

The 10 speed teeth are .1mm thicker, but a lot of people have used 10 speed cranks with 11 speed, and had no problems. I've done it, but only briefly. You will need some Record/Chorus cups that include the inner seal. SR cups have no inner seal.
